FAQ's About Working With Marine Air Flow

  • Do we need to sign a contract?

No, we understand that requirements are based around your own orders so we do not require contracts. Please be aware that  costs may reflect bulk ordering, however we will of course work that out with your team prior to billing.

  • How many days do I have to pay?

We don't run accounts. 50% deposit of the invoice is due prior to the project starting production with the final 50%  due prior to dispatch.

  • Can I organise an alternative method of payment?

We accept credit card payments, direct deposits and international transfers. All our export invoices are created in USD. Credit card payments for invoices in excess of $10,000 will incur a surcharge.

  • We have to run an account, can you help us?

Unfortunately to keep our prices competitive we don't run accounts. However you can pre-order and pay off the invoice prior to despatch.

  • What is your lead time?

Currently it sits about about 8-10 weeks, however if you become a regular client with standardised orders we will work out an annual plan for supply of product for you.

  • Can I use my own freight company?

Of course. This will require that you book your own freight and just use us as a pickup location. Please be aware we are not open Fridays for freight pickups.

  • Will I have my own point of contact with Marine Air Flow?

Typically, yes. You will deal with either Mark, Blake or Alex for design and development and once your project has gone into production if they are not available for some reason, our Operations team can help.

  • Can I contact you out of hours

By all means, however you do need to be aware that none of our team are allowed to access or act upon enquiries between the house of 4:30pm Thursday to 6am Mondays AEST.

We are very protective of our 4 day week and have never had it present a challenge before. We will of course accept calls in an emergency situation.
